While total sales saw a decrease of 23% in Cape May County for Jan-Nov 2022 vs Jan-Nov 2021, prices have still exceeded the national average!

Nationally, in this same comparison, home prices have increased 9%.  As you can see in the table below, the Shore continues to be an OUTSTANDING return on your investment!
