-March 24-26, Special Olympics Basketball Tournament On Wildwoods Island

Held at the Wildwoods Convention Center and other locations throughout the Wildwoods, including the Crest Pier Recreation Center, Wildwood High School, Wildwood Catholic Academy, North Wildwood Community Center, and the Byrne Community Center. -April 1, Eggstravaganza at the CMC Park & Zoo

This annual special free event will feature the Easter Bunny on Saturday, April 1st from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Visitors will have an opportunity to have their picture taken with the popular rabbit – so bring your camera.The annual event sponsored by the Cape May County Board of Commissioners includes educational displays, scavenger hunt, crafts and live animal encounters. The event will kick off with an Easter Egg Hunt in the park at 10:00 a.m. The hunt is over in a flash so be sure to not miss it!

-April 1-2, Cheerleading Competition at Wildwoods Convention Center

Cheerleading Championships will be held at the Wildwoods Convention Center on Saturday from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. and on Sunday from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. (times are subject to change) Performances will be choreographed to music and sound effects, and winning teams will be awarded prizes. An admission fee will be charged at the door the day of the event.


-April 5, Crafts With Crafts at MudHen Brewery

We are partnering with The CM Collective, to bring you rotating artisans bringing us a variety of pieces to create. Tickets are $50 and include all supplies, a drink token good for beer and wine, and a select appetizer.  This week's class is Pipeline Necklace.  CLICK HERE for tickets.


-April 6-8, Wrestling Tournament at Wildwoods Convention Center

Wildwoods Convention Center. The Atlantic Coast Wrestling Association will host the 20th annual event featuring National Folkstyle Wrestling Championships. The ‘War’ features a youth tournament with over 50 weight classes spread across 5 age divisions, and a High School Division with 15 weight classes. A girls division, K-12, will also be featured along with an open division. Weigh-Ins will be on Thursday. Tournament is held 8 a.m. – 7:30 p.m. on Friday and 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. on Saturday. 


-April 8, Cape May Easter Egg Hunt

The Kiwanis Easter Egg Hunt will be held Saturday, April 8 at 10 a.m. on the beach behind Cape May Convention Hall located at 714 Beach Ave. The new, temporary location is due to road construction on Lafayette St.  Children will hunt for hidden Easter eggs containing Easter treats. Special prizes for each age group that finds the Golden Egg. Age groups are Toddler to age 10. No Rain Date.  


-April 8, Cape May Easter Fashion Stroll

The City of Cape May, the Chamber of Commerce of Greater Cape May along with the Small Businesses of the Washington Street Mall will be sponsoring the Annual Easter Fashion Stroll this year. The Fashion Stroll will take place at Rotary Park, 400 Lafayette Street on Sunday, April 9 at 1 p.m. Registration for the Easter Fashion Stroll will begin at Noon, and the stroll will begin at 1 p.m.   Judging categories and age groups are: 3 and younger, 4 to 6, 7 to 9, 10 to 12, 13 and older, best dressed lady, man, couple, family as well as best Easter bonnet for youth and adult. Prizes will be awarded to winning participants.  

After the Easter Stroll, be sure to visit the Washington Street Mall and showoff your Easter Fashion. There is no inclement weather date or location.

Hop on over and sign up to play! Start at the Brewery and ask a tasting room server for your answer sheet.
Follow the directions to explore Historic Cold Spring Village for eggs. When you find an egg answer the question to move to your next clue.  At the end, put your answers inside the Easter Kegg. One lucky winner with the correct answers will be drawn!  This lucky winner will get a Free Cold Spring Brewery Growler! (Fill it with the Cold Spring brew of your choice! -April 9, Easter Event in Ocean City 

Easter Sunrise Service A traditional non-denominational service by the sea. All are welcome. 6:30 a.m. at the Music Pier. Dueling Pianos Show in front of the Music Pier. The Philly Keys will be performing their hit dueling pianos show starting at noon. Free fun for the entire family! The Philly Keys will take a break for our annual Easter Fashion Promenade. Easter Fashion Stroll in front of the Music Pier. Come dressed in your Easter’s best for our Fashion Stroll and meet the Easter Bunny. Judging begins at 1 p.m. Prizes awarded for Best Dressed Children, Teen, Adults and Family.

Welcome in the Spring season with this comedy parade complete with over 300 basset hounds. Noon on Asbury Ave. from 6th Street to 12th Street and then up to the Boardwalk ending at 6 th & Boardwalk.

The Expo is the place to shop for all your business needs and make important contacts. The premier business networking event in Cape May County allows you to network with potential customers and find out what’s new with products and services for your business from 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. at the Wildwoods Convention Center. The Expo is known for its quality attendance and friendly atmosphere. The event is free to attend.

-April 22, Cape May County Zoo Earth Day Celebration

On Saturday, April 22, 2023, Cape May County Park & Zoo will co-host its Annual Earth Day Celebration with the Cape May County MUA. Celebrating “Every Day is Earth Day.” It will be the largest Earth Day event in Cape May County. The community’s help is needed in order to make this event a success.  

The Cape May County Park and Zoo is the perfect location for this day of fun and learning. Hands on educational exhibits, children’s amusements, live entertainment, a variety of environmental eco-shops, scavenger hunt; all which will guarantee a day of Earth-friendly fun. Large tents on the center field will showcase educational exhibits.  

The Bandstand will feature family-friendly entertainment throughout the day. Crafters, various vendors, and a food court will surround the field and complete the venue. The Earth Day Celebration averages 4,000 visitors that day.

Red Bull Beach Scramble will be hosted on Saturday, May 6, 2023, with qualifying taking place on May 5, 2023. Red Bull Beach Scramble brings SxS racing to the beaches of Wildwood, NJ. Hosted between the world famous Morey’s Piers, racers will face a challenging and fast sand course featuring a mix of natural and manmade features. Amateur and Professional racers, off road fanatics and fans are invited for an action-packed weekend of racing. The New Jersey Invasion is an annual all JEEP event held on the beach in Wildwood, New Jersey.  Yes, you read that correctly, it’s on the beach at Rio Grande Ave. (behind the Wildwoods sign)! The entire event is in the sand, just a couple hundred feet from the iconic 2-mile long Wildwood boardwalk, with over 300 rides and attractions. Wildwood Crest, Sunset Lake. Over 100 youth sailors ages 9 – 18 from numerous clubs will compete in the Mid-Atlantic Yacht Racing Association’s South Jersey Summer Series regatta hosted by the Greater Wildwood Yacht Club. Sailors will depart from The Greater Wildwood Yacht Club in Wildwood Crest, 6501 Park Blvd., with races being visible from a variety of locations along Sunset Lake. A Jersey Shore Triathlon at its finest! Since 2004, Tri the Wildwoods has been the flagship race for DelMoSports. Ocean City Airport Festival Annual festival at the Municipal Airport, 26th & Bay Ave. 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Features include a ground display of unusual airplanes ranging from World War II Planes to Classics and Warbirds. The event will feature a parachute jump from Team Fastrax. Parachute Pyrotechnic Show consists of several highly trained and specially licensed Team Fastrax™ demonstrators exiting the aircraft 6,000 feet above Ocean City’s Beach & Boardwalk. Brilliant white or multi-colored projectile pyrotechnics are then ignited and flown in formation, creating a dazzling display for spectators on the ground. 8 p.m. jump with a landing on the 7th St Beach. Viewable along the entire Boardwalk. 


-September 17, Ocean City Boardwalk Air Show

1 p.m., 6 th – 14th Streets over the ocean. Thrill to some of the best stunt pilots and aerobatic champions in the world plus military demonstrations.


-September 22-24, North Wildwood Irish Festival

Olde New Jersey Avenue and surrounding pubs, North Wildwood. The largest Irish Festival on the East Coast celebrating Irish heritage with dancing, music, food and craft vendors from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily. Other festivities include a golf tournament, Irish dance lessons, 5K run and 1 mile walk, pipe exhibition, food court, and Catholic Mass. The event concludes with a parade on Surf Avenue from 20th to Spruce and Olde New Jersey Avenues on Sunday.

---Dog Day Leashed dogs will be permitted on the boardwalk from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m. All are welcome and encouraged to bring their favorite furry canine friend. Activities for the day include dog-specific vendors at the Music Pier, photo-op stations on the boardwalk, and the Humane Society of Ocean City’s “Pet of the Year” Announcement.

---HSOC “Howl-O-Ween” Parade Hosted by the Humane Society of Ocean City. Contestants are encouraged to dress themselves and their pooch in zany, fun Halloween costumes in the spirit of the season. Registration begins at 2:00 p.m. at the Sports & Civic Center. The parade begins at 3:00 P.M. and the procession is from 6th to 14th Street on the Boardwalk.


-October 21, Unity Day At Wildwood's Fox Park

Unity Day will be held at Fox Park, 4500 Ocean Avenue, Wildwood on Saturday, October 21, 2023. Right To Unite’s 7th Annual Unity Day is an afternoon filled with fun where local churches, first responders, and community resources unite to provide free information and services to the community members.
