Enjoy Diamond Beach

Diamond Beach is located on the southern most end of Wildwoods Island, south of Wildwood Crest.  It is technically located within Lower Township, which is why Diamond Beach is exempt from neighboring Crest's alcohol sales ban.  Diamond Beach offers some of the finest beaches on the island, as well as some of the most spectacular amenities.  Famed Seapointe Village is located in Diamond Beach, which offers the most amenities of any seaside community in the Mid Atlantic.  

Diamond Beach is far removed from the boardwalk, and offers a quieter, slower tempo that visitors have been enjoying since the area was significantly developed in the 1980-1990s.  Dee Developers, part of the DiPeso Group family, built dozens of homes in Diamond Beach during this time.
