Using sold data as well as active listing prices, DataWrapper.com compiled the Most Expensive U.S. Zip Codes In May, 2023.  While 7 New Jersey towns made the list, only two at the Shore were among the 150 priciest zip codes in the country during the month of May.

Seven Mile is fully represented, with both Stone Harbor and Avalon making the list!  These two towns are known for their upscale living, beautiful beaches, and attractive summer amenities, making them sought-after destinations for residents and visitors alike.  The dunes of Avalon are often referred to as "the Hamptons of the Jersey Shore" and for good reason.
