With September's stats now in the books, we can expect a strong finish to the year for the Jersey Shore real estate market.  Prices are continuing to increase in most areas, and inventory remains low for most types of properties.  Months of supply for North Wildwood and Sea Isle condo/townhomes, for example, are at 4.2 and 5.1 respectively.  Six months inventory is considered a balanced supply.
