Home prices at the Jersey Shore continue to climb. Most communities are showing double digit home prices over a year ago.

Sea Isle saw the biggest jump with single family home prices up 236% year to date! Homes sold for an average of $550,000 in 2018 as compared to $1,850,000 this year.
