Now is a great time to get into the Shore market, before the Spring buying season begins and demand increases.  Rates have been decreasing and likely have seen the peak come and go.

As more and more potential home-buyers think that rates will continue to moderate or decrease, demand will significantly pick up.  Many home-buyers have been waiting for the market to show a turning point like it now is.

Also...right now at the Shore, most listings are still vacant for winter, making them easy to show!  This is a huge benefit for home-buyers willing and able to make it down to view properties in Winter.  Contending with rental limitations and increased demand in Spring-Summer does make a difference; of course, there are generally more new listings through these months.
