The Ocean City Arts Center hosts Jazz Saxophonist, Jerry Weldon, on Nov. 12 at 4 p.m.

It will be held at Ocean City Arts Center, 1735 Simpson Avenue (2nd Floor).

Tickets are $20 for general admission and $15 for active members of Ocean City Arts Center and South Jersey Jazz Society. Tickets may be purchased by calling 609-399-7628.

Veteran tenor sax man Jerry Weldon joined the legendary Lionel Hampton Orchestra in 1981 and has worked with dozens of jazz luminaries over the past three plus decades, according to OCAC.

In 1990, Weldon joined Harry Connick Jr.'s newly formed big band and was seen daily as part of the "house band" on "HARRY," Connick’s daytime variety show which aired from 2016-2018.
