MSN Travel just released their list of the Most Beautiful Building In Each U.S. State, and representing New Jersey is Cape May's own Emlen Physick Estate!

Located in Cape May, this is one of the few Victorian-inspired buildings on our list. Built in 1879, the estate is named after its original owner Dr. Emlen Physick – one of Cape May's most prominent citizens.

The estate comprises the main house, carriage house plus manicured gardens and grounds. Just like during its heyday, the estate regularly hosts a variety of cultural events, art exhibitions and festivals.
