Just Released! June 2021 Market Reports For Shore Real Estate

The real estate market continues to be red hot at the Jersey Shore, with total Days On Market for Cape May County continuing to be well below historical averages.  This means properties are going under contract much more quickly than usual.  

This is largely a result of historically low interest rates, which dropped again this week for the 3rd consecutive week, to below 2.9%.  Home buyers know locking in a rate like that more than off-sets the recent uptick in prices, creating enormous demand for the reliable investment that is Shore real estate.  

Home sellers, meanwhile, continue to enjoy limited inventory and the strong demand for quality homes.
