Cape May Named in 20 Most Beautiful Small Towns list by Travel & Leisure

Travel & Leisure just released their "20 Most Beautiful Small Towns in the U.S." list, and coming in at #20 is Cape May!  It is the only Mid-Atlantic town to make the list, and one of only four on the East Coast on the list.  Search All Cape May-Area Homes Here

Cape May is the nation's oldest seaside resort and home to the largest collection of Victorian architecture outside of San Franciso.  It is the only municipality in the country to be entirely within a National Historic Landmark District and was dubbed the "Restaurant Capital of NJ" by the NY Times.  It has won countless national honors over the years and it has again!

“When you get there, you are struck by the beauty of Victoriana,” said Diane Wieland, director for Cape May County Tourism. “All the different colored painted houses...the gas lights. Then, there's a beautiful expansive beach.” Cape May’s pleasing aesthetics are obvious, but that's not the only thing contributing to its overall charm — there are no hotels or chain restaurants, nothing contrived. Wieland added, “This is the experience you’re going to get. And this is what we live every day.”
