The Philadelphia 76ers point guard is now looking to unload his Moorestown, NJ, mansion, Yahoo Sports reported. The luxury property is available for just under $5 million.

He purchased the upscale abode brand-new just two years ago for $2,275,000. The three-time All-Star will make a sizable profit if he’s able to let go of the home for close to his asking price.

Reports have swirled all summer and into fall about Simmons’ desire to be traded away from Philadelphia.

Although a deal hasn’t been struck yet, the young hooper wants to cut his real estate ties to the area.

Enter the home to a foyer with a curved staircase. The main floor features double-height ceilings in the foyer and a family room, which also comes with a grandiose fireplace.

The eye-catching dining room boasts a wine wall and wet bar. An adjacent kitchen offers dual marble islands, Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances, and custom cabinetry, as well as a built-in breakfast nook.

On the main floor, there’s also an expansive office with built-ins, as well as a guest suite.

Upstairs is a large master suite with a sitting area, wet bar, fireplace, and private terrace. The bathroom is just as swanky, with a soaking tub, separate shower, and dual vanities. Four more bedrooms are also located on the upper floor.

Heading to the lower level, the space is packed with perks and built for parties. The movie room has a custom-built couch, fish tank, gaming room, and billiard-room. The layout also comes tricked out with a full-service bar, bathroom, kitchenette, and candy room. A hallway showcases the owner’s basketball memorabilia.

In addition, the 1.78-acre lot is outfitted with an outdoor lounge space, privacy landscaping, fencing, and a dog park or play area.

The upscale abode is only about 23 miles from the Wells Fargo Center, where the Sixers play.
